From 1 July 2018, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) will become available in the Darwin Urban and Central Australia regions of NT. From this date, Territorians will be eligible to be approved for individual packages which may include Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) under the NDIS. For the NDIS Zest have selected land in Stuart Park and Fannie Bay, both are close to local services, medical professionals, public transport and are within 5 kilometres of Darwin CBD. The intent is to tailor design and construct more liveable housing for participants in the NDIS.
